Blythedale Children's Hospital is one of only 14 specialty children's hospitals in the U.S., with nearly two-thirds of their 118 inpatient beds going to patients under two years of age. With 71% of patients coming from families depending on Medicaid, these families don't need toys as much as they need things like laundry detergent, non-perishable food, and CVS gift cards.

 

Many parents at Blythedale stay at their child's bedside, and would benefit greatly from microwaveable, non-refrigerated foods, and bowls to heat it in.
